When will I receive my invoice for my Insurance?

Your invoice is automatically generated and sent to you once your entire service is completed. This ensures accuracy and compliance with insurance requirements.

Understanding the Timeline

1️⃣ You complete your analysis.
2️⃣ Then, there are two possible scenarios:

  • Case 1: Your results are largely unremarkable.

    • Our medical doctors will directly prepare your medical report.

    • You’ll receive your results and report together in the CARE App.

    • The reimbursement document will be sent to you via email on the same day.

  • Case 2: Our medical doctors would like to speak with you personally.

    • You’ll receive an email and can book a medical consultation with one of our medical doctors directly in the CARE App.

    • After the consultation, your medical report will be finalized.

    • The reimbursement document will be sent to you via email on the same day.

    • If you don’t want to schedule an appointment, you can choose to receive only the medical report.

    • Once the report is ready, you’ll receive your reimbursement document.


Why do you receive the invoice only after the service is completed?

The invoice is only issued after everything is finalized for two main reasons:
Ensuring Accuracy: Changes may still occur (e.g., additional medical insights from a consultation).
Insurance Compliance: Many insurance providers require that invoices are issued only when the full service is completed.
