Temporary Notice
Due to the currently very high demand, the release of results is taking longer than usual. At the moment, a waiting time of around 15 days from the analysis date is to be expected. Our medical team is working hard to reduce turnaround times again.
Our health checks are intended for preventive care and not for acute medical treatment. A longer waiting time is generally not medically problematic. Every analysis is carefully reviewed by a medical doctor. If anything urgent is identified, we will contact you directly by phone.
If you’ve had your lab visit but haven’t received your results yet, please check whether you have completed the Health Questionnaire. Without this, our doctors cannot carry out the full assessment of your results.
Here’s what to do:
1️⃣ Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the message containing the Health Questionnaire link.
2️⃣ If you can’t find it, contact [email protected] and we’ll resend the link to you.
Once you’ve completed the questionnaire, your results should be available in the CARE app within 2 weeks after your analysis appointment. If you didn't receive your results after 2 to 3 weeks feel free to contact us at [email protected].
