You can pay directly on the website by card, Klarna or with Twint. After your results have been interpreted by a doctor and the Medical Report is released to the App, you will receive a reimbursement form, which you can then submit to your supplementary insurance.
When Do I Pay for the Services? 💳
Payment is made at the end of the online booking process, after you’ve selected the location, services, and appointment time. You can pay securely by credit card, Klarna, or Twint.
Can I Pay After the Check-Up? ⏳
The full amount must be paid before your appointment.
If you prefer to pay later, you can choose Klarna, which allows you to split the payment into several installments.
Can I Pay at the Partner Location? 🏥
No, payment at the partner location is not possible. Our partner centers are independent from us, and their accounting systems are not integrated with CARE. All payments must be completed online during the booking process.
