Our team of doctors will first check your results and supplement them with the information from your health questionnaire to gain the best possible understanding of your situation and categorise it medically. They then decide whether to prepare a medical report straight away or whether a video consultation is advisable first and finally approve the results.
The waiting time until the results can be medically validated and released can vary due to sometimes high demand. We do our best to release them as quickly as possible, but we are committed to meeting strict quality requirements in this regard, which is why the release can take 10-15 days on average. If it would take longer, we would inform you by e-mail about the current status. (As soon as your results are available on the App, you will receive an email with your CARE ID, which you can use to activate your account once you have downloaded the app from the App or Google Play Store).
In most cases, a medical report and your personalised roadmap with health and lifestyle recommendations, as well as recommended follow-up checks, will already be provided. If medically necessary, your doctor will recommend a video consultation to go into detail on one or more important topics. In this case, you will receive the report and recommendations after the consultation.
