At CARE, you will always receive a detailed Medical Report written by one of our doctors. This report includes a professional assessment of your results along with personalised recommendations to help you improve your health.
What If I Need More Guidance? 🤔
Our doctors perform a medical triage of your results to determine whether a consultation is advisable or necessary.
If a consultation is required (e.g. additional information is needed, or specific findings should be discussed), it will be included at no extra cost.
If a consultation is optional (not medically required but recommended for a deeper discussion), you can decide whether to book it for a fee.
Voluntary Consultations 💡
Even if a consultation isn’t recommended, you may still choose to book one. Many customers find it helpful to:

💻 A voluntary consultation takes place via video, lasts 30 minutes, and costs CHF 130.
Emergencies 🚨
If your results indicate urgent health concerns, our medical team will arrange a consultation for you at no cost and may also contact you directly by phone.
✅ Next step: Once your results are available in the CARE App, you’ll see whether a consultation has been recommended — and you’ll have the option to book one if you wish or have only the Medical Report.
